Partial Refund Policy Explanation
Partial Status refers to a scenario where we are unable to fulfill an entire order and therefore issue a refund for the undelivered portion. Here's a simple breakdown:
Imagine you purchase an order of 1000 items for $100. If we only manage to deliver 800 items and are unable to fulfill the remaining 200, we designate the order as "Partial" and refund you the $20 equivalent to the undelivered items.
It's important to note our refund policy:
- Refunds are issued as website balance, which can be used to purchase other services on our platform.
- Our customers have been satisfied with this approach outlined in our terms of usage.
However, fraudulent activities, such as the use of unlicensed or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate termination of the account.
Service Level Agreement Updates
Hello valued users,
We understand the importance of providing consistent and excellent service, which is why we're implementing new guidelines effective immediately. These rules will also be retroactively applied to our last 22 days of operation.
If the service you've ordered doesn't commence within the stated timeframe, such as starting within 3 hours as mentioned in the service description, you're entitled to take the following steps:
1. After 3 hours of order submission without service initiation, you can create a support ticket.
2. You'll receive a response within 12 to 24 hours. If not, escalate the issue by mentioning it again in your ticket, and it will be forwarded to a support admin.
3. The support admin has 6 working hours to resolve your issue. If no solution is provided within 30-36 hours since the initial ticket creation, you can request escalation to the technical team.
Please adhere to our terms and conditions:
- Creation of multiple tickets without valid reason or misbehavior towards support will result in account suspension without refund.
- Orders not resolved within 1-24 hours should be reported for cancellation within the same ticket. Cancellation typically takes 0-12 hours.
- Service start times dictate solution times: 0-6 hours start time requires a solution within 24 hours; 24 hours start time requires a solution within 48 hours.
Additionally:
- Refills are available after order completion but no refunds are provided.
- If a wrong link is used and the order is marked as completed, no refill or refund will be given.
- Orders below the start count will not be eligible for refill or refund.
By using our services, you consent to these conditions. Ensure you've thoroughly read and understood our terms to avoid any misunderstandings.
Other Important Notices
- We do not guarantee specific delivery times for services. Our best estimate is provided upon order completion. If you believe the service is taking too long, we do not offer refunds.
- Our terms of service are subject to change without prior notice. Please stay updated on any modifications before placing orders.
- Running multiple services simultaneously may lead to issues.
- Rates are subject to change without prior warning. Payment and refund policies remain unaffected by rate adjustments.
- We cannot accommodate affiliates who use multiple accounts. Automated payments are accepted, not manual ones.

- We are not liable for any damages incurred by you or your business.
- We are not responsible for any account suspension or removal by social media platforms due to service usage.
- Misuse of language or repeated disturbance to support will result in account suspension.
